Pride Month features hundreds of ways and 30 days to celebrate being gay in Philadelphia.

Philly Gay Pride Month informally started in 2021 to ensure that the Greater Philadelphia region didn’t lose Pride Month two years in a row during the pandemic. In 2022, Philly Pride Month came together formally with a collection of volunteers, small businesses and community groups to promote the region’s LGBTQ+ scene in a larger more elevated way with a month-long campaign and calendar of events.

Now, Philly Gay Pride Month is back in 2026 bigger and better than ever - with even more great queer-owned businesses, pride events, parties, workshops, street festivals and so much more. This community project to centralize our region’s pride events is a labor of love by many different people that feel passionate about our city’s gay community.
